What the network takes care of
Pacing per provider
Large and small mailbox providers receive mail at the rate they accept, instead of everything at once.
Authentication
SPF, DKIM and DMARC are set up for every sending domain, so receivers can verify who the mail is really from.
Bounce processing
Permanent rejections remove the address, temporary ones are retried with growing pauses rather than hammered.
Complaint loops
Where providers report complaints back, the address is suppressed for that client at once.
Network rules
A network is only as trusted as the mail it carries. These rules apply to every client without exception.
Consent before dispatch
Only recipients who signed up with the client may be mailed, and the client must be able to show how they did.
Visible sender
Each message names the company behind it and offers a working one-click unsubscribe.
No bought lists
Purchased, rented or collected address lists are not accepted, not even for a single test.
Quality decides the speed
Rising complaints or unknown recipients slow a client down automatically until the cause is resolved.
Contact
For clients, for recipients with a question about a message, and for blocklist operators:
Read on working days; reports of unwanted mail are dealt with before anything else.
